Company History
The business of FirstPower Group was a part of J.W. Harley Inc., which was wholly owned by Jack Harley and sold to General Electric Company in November, 1999. GE sold the business and another portion of Harley to Cardinal Pumps & Exchangers, Inc. in December, 2006. Cardinal, in turn, did not see the business as a fit for its activities.
